Terms of Service

1. Accounts

• You can sign up with an email address or a Google account.
• Your account is for your use only. Keep your login details safe.
• We may suspend accounts with false information or that violate these Terms.

2. Content you add

• You keep the rights to the tank, water, photo and coral records, posts and comments you add.
• You allow us to store, copy, display and resize your content as needed to provide, display and improve the Service.
• Public tanks and posts can be seen by other users. Please review them before publishing.
• Do not add content that infringes others' rights (such as copyright or portrait rights).

3. Prohibited conduct

• Anything illegal or against public order
• Defamation, harassment or impersonation
• Selling or soliciting livestock or goods, or posting for advertising purposes (except approved PR slots)
• Unauthorized access to, or excessive load on, the Service or other users
• Anything else we reasonably consider inappropriate

4. Premium plan

• Premium costs ¥780/month or ¥7,800/year (tax included). For now, every feature is free for everyone until the community grows.
• Premium renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel in Settings before the next renewal date.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• New users can try every feature free for 2 weeks.

5. Changes to the Service

We may change, suspend or end the Service without notice. If we end it, we will give as much notice as we can and an opportunity to take your data with you.

6. Disclaimer

• Records, comparisons and posts are for reference only. Husbandry decisions are your own responsibility.
• We are not liable for losses such as livestock deaths or equipment failure arising from use of the Service, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.
• Please keep your own copies of important records in case of data loss.

7. Leaving the Service

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. All your content is deleted permanently. Only if you choose so when leaving, your posts, questions, answers (comments) and updates, with their photos and videos, remain as posts by an unidentifiable “Unnamed user”.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as needed and will announce important changes in the Service in advance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over the operator's location has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
